Join the lovely Jane in this brand new crochet workshop where attendees can make their very own floral hair slide. Jane will guide you through the process, from crocheting the flower bases to embellishing and adorning to a hair clip base. Attendees must know basic crochet stitches. It is recommened to attend our beginner granny square crochet class before booking this class.

Jane Piper
Having rekindled her love of Embroidery and Crochet during lockdown she has found a new passion for teaching and sharing her love of these textile crafts. Jane particularly likes creating embroidery hoop art and amigurumi crochet – the Japanese art of crocheting small, stuffed yarn creatures.
Also, having tried her hand at Origami during lockdown she has found a new mindfulness in folding pieces of paper into miniature works of art! Jane wants to spread this mindfulness technique by sharing her love of Origami and helping others create their own mini masterpieces.
Jane Piper is a part-time librarian with a passion for crafts and wants to teach them to you!
