Southend Sails: Join Us for a Unique Community Art Experience at Create98two
We’re excited to announce that Create98two is one of the hosts for Southend Sails—a collaborative public art project bringing together people of all ages and backgrounds to create a bold new textile installation for Southend.
What’s Happening?
Southend Sails is a series of relaxed, hands-on workshops led by artist Katrin Mountain. These sessions invite everyone—whether you sew, draw, stitch, or simply want to be part of a creative group—to help design and build a large-scale artwork using recycled boat sails and silk. No previous experience is needed, and all materials are provided.
