 ller with over 16 years of experience in the jewellery industry. With a BA
  in Metalwork & Silversmithing from UAL in 2006 I soon after stepped into 
 making contemporary jewellery after meeting and working with local jewelle
 r Lisa Castle - Castle Collection. Metal Lust describes the jewellery I lo
 ve to make without putting boundaries on my creativity. My jewellery colle
 ctions are an emporium of treasures exploring iconic themes of imagery lik
 e lightening bolts and eyes and making everyday objects into precious keep
 sakes. I love the physical processes of silversmithing\; hammering down wi
 re into geometric forms\, embossing intricate textures and setting semi-pr
 ecious stones. I’m continually honing my skills and learning new techniq
 ues. I began teaching in 2019 at Castle Collection. I love to share my kno
 wledge and It’s a great moment when you unlock the secret of how somethi
 ng is made. Making jewellery is creatively satisfying and can also be a gr
 eat mindful practice. In our classes I’m here guide students at each sta
 ge\; showing them how to use tools correctly and build on their skill set 
 - it’s a very accessible fun thing to do!
